Which ChatGPT plans can use Recursyv AI?
Recursyv AI connects as a custom MCP connector, which workspace admins can add on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu. These plans also give you the admin controls, SSO and data commitments most organisations need. Talk to us if you're on another plan.
Does Recursyv AI store our data or send it to OpenAI for training?
Recursyv AI stores no customer data — every query is processed in real time and encrypted in transit. Only the results needed to answer a user's question are returned to ChatGPT, and OpenAI does not use ChatGPT Business or Enterprise data for training by default.
Can ChatGPT update records, or only read them?
Read access is the default. Where you allow it, users can take actions such as logging time or updating a ticket; write scopes are granted separately, and destructive or irreversible actions are never exposed.
What if we move from ChatGPT to another assistant?
