Recursyv AI⇉30+ business applicationsMicrosoft Copilot, connected to your business systems
Microsoft 365 Copilot already knows your email, files, meetings and chats. Recursyv AI extends it to everything outside Microsoft 365 — your service desk, CRM, RMM, IT documentation and finance tools — built to Microsoft's own Copilot security and governance standard.
The AI assistant built into the way your organisation already works.
Microsoft 365 Copilot became generally available to businesses in November 2023 and is now the assistant inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, with tens of millions of paid seats worldwide. It is grounded in Microsoft Graph — your organisation's emails, documents, meetings and chats — and respects the same permissions, sensitivity labels and compliance policies you already manage.
Copilot is orchestrated by Microsoft over leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic. Agent mode now works directly on the document, spreadsheet or deck in front of you, while Copilot Chat is available to everyone with a work account. With Copilot Studio, organisations build their own agents and publish them to Copilot and Teams, governed through the Microsoft 365 admin centre, Entra ID and Purview.
Copilot Studio has supported the Model Context Protocol since May 2025, letting agents call external tools through a single, standard connection. That is how Recursyv AI brings your wider business systems into Copilot — under the identity, approval and audit controls your Microsoft administrators already run.

Grounded in Microsoft Graph
Draws on your organisation's email, files, meetings and chats, respecting existing permissions.
Enterprise governance
Managed through Entra ID, Purview and the Microsoft 365 admin centre your IT team already uses.
Agents with Copilot Studio
Build and publish custom agents to Copilot and Teams, with admin approval before anyone can use them.
Teams-native
Ask questions and act on answers inside the Teams chats and meetings where work is discussed.
Choice of models
Microsoft orchestrates leading OpenAI and Anthropic models behind one governed experience.
Mandated to use Copilot? Make it useful for service delivery.
Many organisations have standardised on Copilot — but Microsoft Graph stops at the edge of Microsoft 365. Your tickets, contracts, devices, documentation and invoices live in Autotask, ConnectWise, HubSpot, NinjaOne, Xero and the like, so Copilot can't tell you which clients are behind on SLA or which devices are out of support.
Recursyv AI connects Copilot to all of them through one governed MCP connection. Copilot calls our tools when a question needs business data; we fetch and correlate it live and return one answer — right alongside the Outlook, Teams and SharePoint context Copilot already has.
- One connection, many systems — no separate connector project for every application
- Built to Microsoft's Copilot security and governance standard — identity, least privilege, DLP, auditing, data residency
- Entra ID sign-in — OAuth 2.1 with per-tool scopes and each user's own rights

Connect your applications
Recursyv engineers connect up to three of your applications to Recursyv AI. Nothing to install on your side.
Add Recursyv AI as a tool
Recursyv AI is added as an MCP tool to an agent in Copilot Studio (or a declarative agent) — we provide the connection details and help set it up.
Publish and approve
The agent is published to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and your administrator approves it in the Microsoft 365 admin centre before users can see it.
Ask in Copilot or Teams
Users sign in with Entra ID and ask in Copilot Chat or Teams. Copilot calls Recursyv AI whenever business data is needed.
Built to Microsoft's Copilot security and governance standard.
Enterprise security teams increasingly benchmark AI connectivity against Microsoft's standard for Copilot agents and connectors. Recursyv AI is engineered to align with it — so connecting your wider business systems doesn't weaken the controls you've built around Copilot.
- Zero data at rest — a real-time bridge; your business data is never stored on our platform
- Users connect with OAuth 2.1 — each user signs in to Recursyv AI from Copilot through OAuth 2.1, with per-tool scopes; connectors that require it, such as Microsoft 365, also authenticate through Entra ID
- Per-user permissions — each user's own rights in each application, a least-privilege read-only view, or a mix
- Read by default — write scopes are separate and gated; no destructive actions are exposed as tools
- Full audit trail — every tool call logged by user, tenant and time, exportable to your SIEM
- Azure region of your choice — ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified
Excludes VAT / sales tax · subject to change
- Up to 3 connected applications per user
- Works in Copilot — and in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini if you switch
- Managed setup, admin portal and query logs included

Microsoft Copilot and Recursyv AI — common questions
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences to use Recursyv AI?
Recursyv AI connects through Copilot Studio agents, which can be published to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Depending on your licensing, agents may be available to licensed Copilot users, or to Copilot Chat users on a pay-as-you-go basis. We'll confirm the right route for your tenant during the demo.
How does Recursyv AI align with Microsoft's Copilot governance standard?
Every Recursyv AI integration is built to align with Microsoft's Copilot security and governance model: Entra ID authentication, least-privilege scopes, read-by-default tools, full auditing and data residency in the Azure region you choose.
Can Copilot update records, or only read them?
Read access is the default. Where you allow it, users can log time, update a ticket or create a record; write scopes are granted separately and destructive actions are never exposed.
Copilot already connects to Dynamics 365. Why add Recursyv AI?
Recursyv AI connects Copilot to the systems beyond Microsoft — PSA, RMM, IT documentation, non-Microsoft CRM and accounts — and correlates them with each other, so one question returns one complete answer.
See Copilot answer a real question about your business.
